LinkInk provides an AI-powered LinkedIn content management platform that enables users to:
- Generate professional LinkedIn content using artificial intelligence
- Create and manage content calendars
- Schedule and publish posts to LinkedIn
- Generate AI-powered images for posts
- Track analytics and performance
- Collaborate with team members (Enterprise plan)
4. Account Registration
To use LinkInk, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
LinkInk offers various subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy
6. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of content you create using LinkInk. However, you agree:
- Not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Not to use the platform for spam or misleading content
- Not to attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
- To comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service when publishing content
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is for your use. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing
- You are responsible for the final content published to your LinkedIn
- AI outputs may require editing to match your exact requirements
8. LinkedIn Integration
LinkInk connects to LinkedIn via OAuth authorization. We:
- Only request necessary permissions to publish on your behalf
- Do not store your LinkedIn password
- Do not access or store data from your LinkedIn connections
- Allow you to disconnect at any time
9. Intellectual Property
LinkInk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yardstick Marketing Agency and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkInk and Yardstick Marketing Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
