Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and procedures for cancelling your LinkInk subscription. LinkInk is a product of Yardstick Marketing Agency, located in Dubai, UAE.

2. How to Cancel

2.1 Self-Service Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

1. Logging into your LinkInk account
2. Going to Settings → Billing
3. Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirming your cancellation

2.2 Contact Support

Alternatively, you can request cancellation by emailing support@linkink.app with your registered email address.

3. What Happens When You Cancel

3.1 Immediate Effects

• Your subscription will be marked for cancellation
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email

3.2 Access Until End of Billing Period

After cancellation, you will continue to have full access to LinkInk until the end of your current billing period. For example:

• Monthly subscription: Access until your next monthly billing date
• Yearly subscription: Access until your annual renewal date

3.3 After Billing Period Ends

Once your billing period ends:

• You will lose access to premium features
• Scheduled posts will not be published
• Your content and data will be retained for 30 days
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

4. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation:

• Your account data is retained for 30 days
• During this period, you can reactivate and recover your content
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
• You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support

5. Reactivation

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription:

• Within billing period: Cancel the cancellation from Settings
• After expiry (within 30 days): Subscribe again, data will be restored
• After 30 days: Subscribe again as a new user

6. Enterprise Accounts

For Enterprise accounts with team members:

• Only the super user (account owner) can cancel the subscription
• All team members will lose access when the subscription ends
• Team members will be notified of the cancellation

7. Scheduled Posts

When you cancel:

• Posts scheduled before your billing period ends will still be published
• Posts scheduled after your billing period ends will NOT be published
• We recommend reviewing your scheduled posts before cancelling

8. No Partial Refunds

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period of your subscription. For refund eligibility, please see our Refund Policy.
